"WARNING: WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company has completely failed on every front. Their customer service is non-existent, the helpline team never responds, and the ground staff are unprofessional, rude, and utterly lacking in courtesy. I requested a simple shift of my connection from Delhi to Noida on 21st November. Today is 21st December, and after a full month of waiting, the installation still hasn’t happened. I called them repeatedly, yet the staff ignored my calls. When they finally answered, they were disrespectful and misbehaved. To make matters worse, when the service was halted because a wire broke, I had to call them every single day for 10 days just to get it fixed. This company shows ZERO integrity, ZERO professionalism, NO respect for customers, and NO value for money. They lack basic manners and accountability. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind – DO NOT choose this service. It’s a nightmare from start to finish."
